Big News: Welcome to The Rise of the Modern Man

The Mission to Build Better Men Starts Now

Hi everyone,

It’s been a while since I last wrote. Over the past few months, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the direction I want this newsletter and my message to go.

For a while, I wrote about whatever was on my mind. No real structure or theme. Eventually, I felt disconnected and uninspired.

But everything changed last year when I became a dad to a baby boy.

That moment made me pause and ask myself: What kind of example do I want to set?
Since then, I’ve been on a mission to become the best version of myself, not just for me, but for him.

That’s why I’m rebranding this newsletter as The Rise of the Modern Man.

Why Focus On Men?

You might be wondering: Why men? Haven’t they had it good for thousands of years?

It’s true, men have historically held power. But today’s reality tells a different story.

  • 1 in 3 men say they have no close friends

  • Men now make up only 40% of college students

  • Boys are falling behind in every academic subject

  • For the first time in history, women in their 20s are out-earning men their age

And yet, men are still expected to “man up,” provide, stay stoic, and never complain.

This isn’t about blaming anyone. Women are thriving, and that’s something to celebrate. They’re leading in education, excelling in careers, and still carrying much of the emotional weight in relationships and families.

But while women have been empowered to grow, many men have been left behind without the tools, support, or guidance to adapt to a changing world.

My Mission

I want to help men navigate modern life with purpose, strength, and integrity.

In a world filled with distractions, dopamine traps, and disconnection, it’s easy to fall into survival mode. I’ve been there too.

But we can rise.

Together.

Whether it’s career, fatherhood, mental health, or relationships, I’m here to explore it all. To challenge the old scripts. And to help build the type of men the world and our families need.

If this resonates with you, I hope you’ll stick around.

And I’d love to hear from you:
